“I went to see Amy yesterday for a fully permanent eyebrow shape and colour. She looked after me brilliantly! She made sure I had lots of numbing cream on and took the time to keep applying it through the procedure, because I’m a bit of a baby when it comes to pain.

“I first met Amy 2.5 years ago when she first did my brows. It’s lovely to catch up with her for annual top-ups. I’ve also had my lips done by Amy too. I’ve just been back for this year’s top up, which resulted in me choosing a reshape. Amy concentrates on getting the shape right, checking that you’re happy and explains the steps of the process throughout. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows now and having been to her a number of times, she knows how my skin reacts and responds to this during the process. Excellent all round
